In individual therapy, a responsible relationship with me will be developed with integrity and trust, embracing each problem or issue that is blocking the person’s functionality in his/her every day life in order to get the chance to enjoy life and get personal achievements. Such issues could be

Sessions are usually held weekly for an hour. The duration of the therapy depends on the individual’s goals and the degree of commitment.

The extent to which the individual is willing to reach setting himself free and his will to commit on the scheduled appointments in order for the relationship to have the time and order to develop.
